  • Exclusions: Orders placed on Fridays after 5 PM (US time), weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

  • Lost/Stolen: Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Drip7 Store cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.

  • Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

    • Your order number.

    • Clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the item.
